Oh how I have longed to write these words!
As of July 9, at 1pm, Ruzanna officially became a LONG!
Court was held at 11:15 and lasted until about noon.
The judge then surprised us by declaring that his decree would be ready in just 30 minutes!
By 1pm, we had official paperwork.
We were officially declared Rosie's mama and daddy.
After many hugs and tears, we drove to the orphanage to pick up our baby!
We were able to obtain her adoption and birth certificate the same day!
All Glory to the Lord!
He has gone before us to prepare the way!
Next steps are getting her medical evaluation, her passport, an embassy interview and finally our visa to come home!
